We host several meals each year at the Olympic Roundup. We choose caterers from favorite local restaurants and provide menu options suitable to a wide range of diet preferences. Each of our meals will include meat, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options so that most everyone can enjoy them.
Meal prices will vary each year depending on what we are charged by the local caterers. All meals must be purchased by the caterers’ deadlines, which are typically in the first week of May. For 2026, the meal purchase deadline is May 3rd at 4:00 p.m.
If you prefer to do meals on your own, there are many options to choose from nearby in downtown Port Angeles.
Friday Evening Ice Cream Social
The Ice Cream Social is an opportunity to enjoy dessert and get to know other attendees on the first evening of the conference. There will be a fruit sorbet option for those with dietary restrictions or who prefer that over traditional ice cream. $5
Saturday Spiritual Breakfast
On Saturday morning, Al-Anon hosts their annual continental breakfast and morning meeting. This breakfast meeting is open to all conference attendees who wish to attend.
